Guest welcome and key handover

Handing over the keys is an essential part of welcoming your guests. At MY HOSTING KEY, we ensure that every check-in and check-out runs smoothly, on time and is carefully organised.

We coordinate arrival and departure times with your guests and ensure the keys are handed over and collected properly, taking the hassle out of check-ins and check-outs for you.

When guests leave, we also pay close attention to the overall condition of your property. We carry out a check to ensure it has been left in good condition and promptly report any issues.

From key handover to guest departure, MY HOSTING KEY looks after your property with care and professionalism, giving you complete peace of mind.
